Karyn Leible, M.D. Chief Clinical Officer, for Pinon Management will be a featured presenter at the 2nd annual Pioneer Network-Centers for Medicare & Medicaid co—sponsored symposium. This year’s symposium, Creating Home in the Nursing Home II: A National Symposium on Culture Change and the Food and Dining Requirements is being held in Baltimore on Thursday, February 11, 2010. Dr. Leible’s presentation will cover The Role of the Physician Order. Also attending the symposium from Pinon Management will be Nancy Schwalm and Nancy Fox.
Long-time friend and supporter of Pinon Management and our organizational work with the Colorado State and Veteran Nursing homes, decorated Viet Nam war-hero, Artie Guerrero, will be a recipient of the 2010 Civil Rights Award from the Denver Anti-Defamation League on February 18th at DU’s Cable Center.
