
Beth began her 30-year career in long-term care in the dietary department of a nursing home. She moved on to be a nursing assistant, a registered nurse, a facility administrator, and is now part of the Piņon executive team in the role of Chief Life Enhancement Officer. This job puts Beth in charge of making sure the principles of Culture Change are available to everyone in the Piñon community.
