Elizabeth Schulte is where she wants to be. After coming to the realization that long-term care was her life's work, Elizabeth pursued and received her MSW. And after attending a Culture Change Coalition meeting Elizabeth was moved to seek employment with Piņon. She works to make residents feel like they are at home, a mission made much easier by the fact that Elizabeth is already there.
