We are currently seeking candidates for our newly created position of Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and will provide clinical reimbursement oversight to our managed facilities in Colorado
This position requires someone who is self directed and is able to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will also possess strong management, communication, team building and clinical skills.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two to four years of long-term care experience in multi facility oversight of clinical reimbursement in Managed Care, Medicare and Medicaid
- Proven track record of RUGs and case mix management, a must
- RN Preferred
- Willingness to travel (company car or car allowance is provided)
- Possession of a valid driver's license
