A New Look for a Distinguished Old Building. For twenty five years, Arvada has been striving to be the leader in providing long–term as well as rehabilitative services to people in Arvada and surrounding communities. Our lovely building has recently undergone some major renovations. All of the windows have been replaced and new wooden shutters have been added. Impressive decorative wood paneling throughout the common area has created a welcoming and elegant feel. Fresh paint throughout the building has also provided a much newer look and feel. The Elders living within the community selected warm earthy colors. The new renovations combined with the new leadership at Arvada have helped to create a wonderful atmosphere just in time for the holidays.
