Transportation Made Easy for Short-Term Rehab Elders! We are excited to offer an added service to the hospitals, the elders and their families. We understand that it can be extremely difficult to coordinate transportation from the hospital to our community when you are being admitted to a short-term rehab stay. We are happy to pick you up and help the case worker at the hospital gather your items and bring you over to us! We also will help in the days after you arrive if you need to get home and pick any items up! Please feel free to call Liz at 303-419-1776 if you have any questions about this program. We are continually trying to provide that extra level of customer service to meet and exceed your needs!
Teamwork. This is the team on our Silver Springs neighborhood. Each of our two neighborhoods has its own team. We are excited about this concept. The team will be more accessible to the elders and their families, and communication and decision–making will be improved. We are continually making efforts to provide better and more efficient care to our elders!
