Beautiful Southwestern-themed murals brighten the halls and dining room at North Star. There are a variety of menu choices at mealtime and residents participate in monthly food committees to make decisions about upcoming menu alternatives.
People choosing to join our community are encouraged to personalize their rooms. This provides our residents with a sense of being at home and is proven to be therapeutic.
One of the benefits of our relatively small size and one-level design is that it facilitates interaction between residents and staff. This helps develop relationships and gives our residents a better opportunity to communicate their needs and wishes.
Our enclosed courtyard area is a safe and pleasant area for activities and socializing. Residents also enjoy community outings including shopping trips and dining ventures. All activities are resident-driven.
