Overview: Sierra has 79 beds and is located north of 6th Avenue off of Sheridan and Colfax. We serve geriatrics, younger adults, non-wandering dementia, behavioral, mentally ill, 27–65 certified, Cerebral Palsy, medically complex care, HIV⁄AIDS, neurological disorders, strokes, diabetic care, alcohol dementia, wound care, hospice care and respite care.
Specialized Clinical Services: 24-hour nursing care; Physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies; Trach care; Wound care; G-tube; IV therapy; Tube feeding; PICC line; Secured behavioral unit; Mental health programming; Non-secure dementia care; Restorative therapy
